Pizza with "Parmesan" cheese


Pizza with "Parmesan" cheese looks simply stunning! Other ingredients may be a pizza: cherry tomatoes, arugula, bacon. The basis can be lubricated tomato puree or put cheese.

Ingredients:
- Flour - 1.5 cups
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 100 ml (boiled and cooled)
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp.
- Yellow cheese grated - 3-4 tablespoons
- Bacon (sliced) - 5-6 Slices
- Cherry tomatoes - 7-8 Pieces
- Arugula (beam) - 1 Each
- Cheese "Parmesan" - 80-100g

Instructions:
1. Prepare the base of the pizza dough with "Parmesan" cheese. Sift the flour (in a bowl), add baking powder, water, olive oil. Knead the dough. When it is soft and flexible, roll it to a thickness of 0.5 cm and place on the laid parchment baking.
2. Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
3. While the oven is heating, prepare the remaining ingredients.
Cherry tomatoes wash and cut in half. Arugula rinse. Cheese "Parmesan" cut off with a knife, or better to say "shave" with a sharp knife piece of cheese. Bacon slice. Tomatoes, arugula and shavings "Parmesan" will be used when the pizza with yellow cheese and bacon will be ready.
4. Now, on the basis of ready-made dough Put the grated cheese and slices of bacon.
5. Bake pizza in preheated 190 degree oven for 15 minutes.
6. Put the finished pizza arugula, halved cherry tomatoes and grated "Parmesan".
Pizza with "Parmesan" cheese is ready!
