Pizza with mushrooms


Recipe pizza with porcini mushrooms at home. Vegetables, cheese and mushrooms on thin soft dough - a great dish for a big company. It goes well with both wine and juice.

Ingredients:
- Flour - 600g
- Baking powder - 35g
- White wine - 50 ml
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- Tomatoes - 700g
- Mushrooms - 800g
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Basil leaves - 6 pieces
- Milled thyme - 1 tbsp.
- Mustard - 2 tbsp.
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 50g
- Salt - To taste
- Pepper - To taste

Instructions:
1. Prepare the dough: dissolve baking powder in 350 ml. warm water, pour the olive oil there. Add the sifted flour, then wine. Stir for 10 minutes, cover with a towel and leave for an hour.
2. Tomatoes and my grind. Simmer in a saucepan over low heat.
3. Mushrooms clean, wash and dry. Fry in olive oil. Add the crushed garlic, basil and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
4. The oven is heated to 220 C. Roll out the dough into the mold for baking, forming ledges. Lubricate mustard. We spread on top of the tomatoes, then mushrooms and sprinkled with olive oil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. We send in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
