Fried squid with vegetables

Ingredients:
- Squid - 4 pieces (4 carcass)
- Onions - 1 Each
- Tomato - 1 Each
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 Each
- Lemon - 1 Each
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Instructions:
1. Tomato peel to purify, for this first omit it in boiling water, then in cold water. We shall cut into small pieces.
2. We shall cut onions, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, send it to the pan stew in a little oil.
3. We shall cut strips of pepper, then send it along with the fried tomatoes to the onions and carrots.
4. While fried vegetables, swill and we shall cut squid rings.
5. Add to the vegetables and squid shredded pre garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Fry all together 7 minutes. The dish is ready! Bon Appetit!
