Finnish fresh-soup of trout

Ingredients:
- Butter - 2 teaspoons
- leek - 2 pieces
- Potatoes - 1.5 kilograms
- Trout - 0.5 kilograms (fillet)
- Bay leaf - 1 Each
- Salt - To taste 1
- Pepper - 1 To taste
- Dill - 1 To taste
- Water - 6 cups
- Cream - 1 Litre
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan send a spoon of butter, melt it.
2. Slice the leek finely, put it in the oil. Fry for about 5 minutes, stirring, over medium heat.
3. Pour water or pre-cooked fish broth. Add salt and pepper, bring to a boil.
4. Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Pour into the pan and cook for about 15 minutes until soft.
5. Wash the trout fillet and slice. Grind a little green (in this case, dill).
6. Put the fish in a pan, add to the flavor bay leaf and cook for another 5 minutes, literally.
7. At the end, add the cream, even a spoonful of butter and herbs. Warm up a little on the fire - and you can immediately apply to the table. Bon Appetit!
