Chicken wings with fried rice

Ingredient:
- 5 pieces of chicken wings
- soy sauce
- garlic 1 teaspoon dry
- sugar cane
- sweet chili sauce 75 grams
- sesame oil 20 ml
- 130 milliliters of orange juice
- rice 100 grams
- vegetable oil
- egg 1 piece
- chilli 1 piece
- butter 40 grams
- cilantro

Instructions:
1. Cut chicken wings at the joints, we enter into the soy sauce with a syringe and spread in the vacuum bag. Add the dry garlic, a pinch of sugar, sesame oil, 50 grams of sweet chili sauce and 30 ml of orange juice. Pickling using a vacuum vessel. Then fry the wings on the grill.
2. Prepare garnish. Wash rice and boil until tender. Then fry the rice in vegetable oil, add 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. l. sweet chili sauce and egg. Mix.
3. For the sauce 100ml squeeze orange juice into the pan through a sieve, put on the heat and concentrated juice with the addition of hot pepper rings ½, ½ tablespoon brown sugar and a piece of butter.
4. Serve wings with rice, pour the sauce and sprinkle with cilantro. Bon Appetit!
