Chicken fillet in a spicy sauce

Ingredients:
- chicken fillet 600 grams
- breadcrumbs
- sweet chili sauce 120 ml
- 110 grams of cheese
- egg 1 piece
- mayonnaise 30 grams
- salt
- black pepper
- vegetable oil

Instructions:
1. Mix the egg, mayonnaise, a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper.
2. Dried with a paper towel chicken and cut each piece lengthwise. Carefully boned pieces in mayonnaise preparation and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Then boned chicken fillet in breadcrumbs and fry frying pan with vegetable oil.
4. Spread out on baking parchment and spread chicken. Grease every piece of hot sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes
