Yoghurt ice cream of black currant and mint


What a delicious ice cream! Astringent, breath-taking flavor of black currant berries perfectly emphasizes the delicate taste of yoghurt and complements the refreshing dessert light mint note.

Ingredients:
- Sugar: 1 tablespoon.
- Water: 1 tbsp
- Black currants: 4 tbsp.
- Natural yogurt (thick): Article 0.5.
- Mint: 6 sprigs.

Instructions:
1. First we shall weld syrup: In a saucepan pour the water, fill with sugar and put a mint. Bring to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes. Cool to room temperature and strain.
2. Currants cleanability and separated from the stalks, so you can use frozen berries, then it should unfreeze.
3. From currants make a homogeneous puree, mashed through a sieve.
4. Pour the cooled to room temperature, the mint syrup currant puree.
5. Put the yogurt and mix well until smooth mass, can be a mixer on small speed, so that no bubbles.
6. Put the mass into molds for ice cream and put in the freezer.
7. Now we need to wait to get the ice cream frozen and can be enjoyed!

This ice cream can be made on the basis of whipped cream, sour cream, add various fillers or change berries.
