Salad with scallops

Ingredients:
- Scallops - 140 Grams
- Mango - 80 Grams
- Grapefruit - 1/4 Pieces
- Mango puree - 45 Grams
- Lime - 1 Each
- Salad "radicchio" - 35 Grams
- Salad "Korn" - 75 Grams
- Olive oil - 10 milliliters
- Cream - 80 milliliters
- Salt and ground black pepper - to taste
Instructions:
1. Both shift the lettuce in a colander and rinse it under cold running water, then leave it to the water glass.

4. Lime washed thoroughly, then rubbed it with the zest with a special grater (or normal shallow).
5. In a saucepan squeeze the juice of a fruit and mix thoroughly.
6. On a plate spread dried lettuce, distributes them.
7. Scallops wash and wipe dry with a paper towel, cut them into small pieces. The frying pan with olive oil a good warm up, on a hot surface spread scallops, fry them for 1 minute, at the end of I salt and pepper, add the zest.
8. Grapefruit wash, divide into pieces, take off white film, cut into pieces the same, as well as mangoes. On top of salad spread grapefruit, scallops and pour prepared sauce.
