Appetizer with mozzarella

Ingredients:
- Mozzarella - 150 Grams
- Tomatoes - 5 Pieces
- Sprig of basil - 3 pieces
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Oregano - 1 pinch
- Salt and pepper - to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut the tomatoes circles, about half a centimeter thick. Also, cut the cheese.
2. On a large plate lay in a circle alternating slices of cheese and tomato. A little salt and pepper and add a pinch of dried oregano. Lay the basil leaves. Just before serving, pour the olive oil mixture dish with a little balsamic vinegar. Serve snacks with fresh white bread.
