Ingredients:
- Crayfish tails - 400-500 gram
- Avocado - 1 Each

- Rice vinegar - 3 tbsp
- Lime juice - 2 tbsp (or lemon)
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - 1-2 pinches
- Olive oil - 75-100 milliliters
- Fresh cilantro - 1 bunch (half a cup of chopped green)
- Chili - 1 Thing (small pod)
Instructions:
