Ingredients:
- Pitta bread is thin - 2 pieces
- Sprats in oil - 180 grams
- Boiled egg - 2 pieces
- Bulgarian pepper - 0.5-1 units (depending on size)
- Processed cheese - 100 grams
- Mayonnaise - 100-150 gram
- Greens - 1 bunch
Instructions:
1. To roll take two square pita. Boil the eggs, open cans. Let us proceed.
2. Spread pita bread on the table first. Grease it well with mayonnaise.
3. Cover with a second pita, which also must be lubricated with mayonnaise. Top distribute grated egg.
4. Step back from the edge a couple of centimeters and place the grated processed cheese, it is not necessary to rub, can be cut into cubes. Cut thin strips pepper, spread on pita bread. Spread evenly fish. Garnish with herbs loaf.
5. Carefully and tightly roll pitas stuffed into a roll. Wrap in plastic wrap and send in the refrigerator for 2-2.5 hours. During this time, pita bread will be softer, soaked and take shape.
