Pasta with pork in tomato sauce


Total time: 45-50 min

Ingredients:
- spaghetti 250 grams
- pork 300
- carrot 1 piece
- onion 1 piece
- pepper 1 piece
- vegetable oil 5 tablespoons
- black pepper 1 pinch
- tomato sauce 4 tablespoons
- sugar 1 teaspoon
- 1 cup water
- 3 sprigs of fresh herbs
- salt

Instruction:
1. Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil. Cut the pork into cubes. Fry the meat for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Clear the vegetables. Carrots rubbed on a grater, chop the peppers into thin strips, sliced onions. Add the ingredients to the pan to the meat. Cook for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the 4 tablespoons of tomato sauce and 1 teaspoon sugar. Pour drinking water, mix and leave to stew for 20 minutes.
4. Boil pasta in salted water. In readiness we throw in a colander and add to the braised pork. We spread the dish on a plate and decorate with greenery. Bon Appetit!
