Ingredients:
- Mackerel - 1 Each
- Vegetable oil - to taste
- Wheat flour - 3 tbsp
- Sour cream - 3 tbsp
- Soda - 1 pinch
- Salt - to taste
Instructions:
1. The fish we get from the freezer (can be fresh) and leave completely defrosted (this will take about 2-3 hours).
2. Defrosted fish cleanse: cut off the head, tail and fins. Cut the peritoneum, remove the insides, thoroughly washed under running cold water. Be sure to remove the spine and bones. We share the fish into 2 parts.
3. For the convenience of the milled feed the fish still share in half, as a result we get 4 pieces of fish. If a small fish, you do not need to cut it.
4. In a bowl, mix sour cream, soda, and the last to throw flour. Thoroughly mix with a fork or whisk to avoid lumps.
5. All 4 pieces at a time to envelop obtained batter on both sides.
6. At the plate we put the pan, add a few drops of vegetable oil and wait until the filament. Fish only throw in hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
7. Finished pieces spread on a paper towel to excess fat is gone, then we shift to the overall dish.
