Ingredients:
- Eggs - 2 pieces
- Dark chocolate - 150 Grams
- Fatty cream - 300 grams (sour cream)
- Sugar - 0.5 cups
- Cinnamon - To taste
- Rum - To taste
Instructions:
1. Splitting a pair of eggs in a bowl. If you are going to make a parfait on a large number of people that take the products in the corresponding ratio. In any case, the eggs can be placed over at will. Pour into a bowl of sugar.
2. Beat eggs with sugar in a water bath. To do this, put the pan in the other main water poured into it so that the water is not splashed. Heat up on medium heat. Pour cinnamon to taste. I put half a teaspoon. You can rub a stick of vanilla. Continuously stir up a lot of pomp.
3. Then, breaking open a bar of chocolate and lay it in the ground. Topped up with a little rum to taste. Suit liqueur and brandy. Stir until chocolate is dissolved. Then, remove from heat.
4. In a separate container, beat heavy cream. They must be very fat, like cream. Or just take the sour cream, preferably home. Carefully whipping cream, we shift them into the bowl with the chocolate mixture. All again, beat with a mixer.
5. Spread the whipped mixture into molds. It can be a beautiful bowl, glasses or any special container. Put the parfait in the freezer. Suffice it to just grab it. No need to wait, so it turned to stone. Parfait should be soft. A couple of hours - and you're done. Serve dessert to any fine drinks and other sweets and pastries. Bon Appetit!
