Chicken Mexican-style stewed with chorizo and beans


Cozy dish for autumn colds do not require any special costs. We just need to find chorizo - Spanish spicy sausage, which gives the incredible taste of smoked around the dish. Mexicans and Spaniards are very fond of roast chorizo in oil before. How to fry in it other meat to butter flavored, and acquired the taste of smoke and color of paprika sausages.

Ingredients:
1 chicken (1.5 kg.)
50 oz. chorizo sausage
1 medium red onion
3-4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 small green bell pepper
1 tsp paprika
½ coffee spoon of cayenne pepper
400 gr. tomatoes in their own juice
1 tsp ground cumin (cumin)
1 tsp ground coriander
1 jar of canned beans
bundle of leafy greens (spinach or chard)
cilantro sprigs for decoration
salt

Instructions:
1. Chop the chicken into 8 portions. In a saucepan with a thick bottom fry onions, diced. In the hot oil until transparent. Add the chorizo and fry the mixture vigorously stirring 3-4 minutes. Add spices and fry until well their smell.
2. Add to the pan the chicken pieces and brown the bird well. Once the chicken browned add the tomatoes, mashed with a fork, along with juice and chopped green pepper cubes.
3. Add salt, if the tomatoes with a pronounced acidity can be balanced taste and sugar and simmer the dish for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add rinsed canned beans and leafy greens.
