Spicy salad "Chinese Dragon"


Ingredients:
Pork tenderloin - 400 g
Beet crude - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1-2 pieces.
Onions - 3 pcs.
Hot peppers fresh - 1 pod
Sugar - 1 tsp
Olive oil or sunflower oil - 100 g
Fresh herbs (parsley, celery) - 40 g
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
Salt - to taste.

Instructions:
Fresh beets and carrots grate in a bowl, season with soy sauce and mix. Tenderloin cut into strips and fry until cooked in the hot oil, mix with sugar. Chili chop very finely, add to the meat. Onion cut into thin half-rings, fry until translucent. Greens finely chopped. All mixed in one container, season with vinegar and oil, put into the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
